ASP Registration 2026-2027
THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE STUDENT'S GUARDIAN.
This school year we will be offering after school programming from 2:30-5:30 PM for students grades K-2 & 3-8 and 6-9 PM for students grades 8-12. If you are not signing up a child for youth programming, you are on the wrong form.
Programming will run from September 14 - June 17th on weekdays. The building will be closed on holidays and school breaks. Special programming that may occur during those closures will be shared separately.
